Performance Improvement (PI) department in the Quality & Performance organization is responsible for the deployment of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology throughout North America. The organization is staffed with full time employee Black Belts (BBs) and Master Black Belts (MBBs) responsible for training, mentoring belts, reporting, and overall support and integrity of the deployment. Job Description: AREVA is seeking a LSS Rotational Black Belt. The BB will execute LSS projects and will also mentor others (including line management) in the application of results oriented LSS tools, methods, and techniques. The primary objective for the BBs is to develop and implement sustainable improvements within BG/BU operations and overall performance. Black Belts are dedicated, full time positions that are free of other assignments. The Q&P PI Black Belts provide the necessary infrastructure support for the full deployment. Key Activities:
