Job Description
Full Requirements is the unique business which sells electricity to utilities, municipalities, and individual customers in deregulated markets. The position manages profit and loss for a portion of the Full Requirements portfolio by monitoring performance, being aware of market rules and conditions, and optimizing hedge and deal positions. The focus of this position will be on activities in the PJM &MISO markets. Key responsibilities include: monitoring and reporting P&L of existing transactions; working with business units representing various activities in the PJM & MISO regions; ensuring full requirement activity is accurately reported; creating hedge strategies for deals and remaining within approved targets; performing ad hoc analysis to support strategic analysis, decision making and market view; and reviewing/optimizing portfolio positions. Ability to develop detailed presentations and present to internal and external customers, including executive level management, is required. Bachelor's degree required MBA or Masters degree in another field of applied analytics preferred CFA designation preferred Experience in an energy trading environment preferred Must have 2 or more years of professional analytical experience Must be expert level in Excel Qualifications: Master's Degree:Yes;
