Job Description
This fast paced position is responsible for supporting the training needs of the Central Maintenance Organization who specializes in major maintenance activities, overhauls and projects of power plant production equipment to assure that operational goals are met. Individual is responsible for identifying the training needs, for developing a plan to close the gaps, and coordination/execution of the actual training. With the assistance of the Central Maintenance and Training Team, this individual is responsible for development of short term and long term goals and objectives with a focus on safety, reliability, process execution, standardization, etc. Individual may be required to lead multi functional/multi discipline teams focused on achieving results in line with Power Generation Division business plans. Individual may be required to lead teams in problem analysis, decision making and long range planning. Individual must possess a solid understanding of general business principles, maintenance, and operations practices that are relevant to the power production industry. A background in training and training material development is desirable. This position will be located in Juno Beach , FL , however up to 50% travel to the sites may be required.
