| Answer: | To read information in the discussion forum a user account is not required. However, to ensure the highest quality information possible we require each person posting information to login using their user name and password. |

| Answer: | Great! Just use our simple Feedback form to submit the link or any other information. |

| Answer: | No. Try clicking on "Forgot password" link on the Job Seeker Login page, or the "Forgot password" link on the Employer Login page. The user name and password will be E-mailed to the address on record. If you can't remember the E-mail address the account was set up under just E-mail us at info@powerplantpro.com and a representative will forward you the information. |
